Landrum's country

Haven't crafted in a while, busy with work and school. Kristen and I recently went on a homeschool field trip to Landrum's Country Village and Homestead.

Altered notebook

This is a notebook I altered for my daughter. She writes many of her homeschool reports in this book. I may attempt to make more of these. I will see.

Bike Ride

Sunday afternoon my family and I went bike riding on the Longleaf Trail. It is a beautiful bike/walking trail in South MS. I really need to get back into shape before I ride several miles on a bike trail again. Worked Saturday on a few crafts and will try to work on some today after homeschool class. New pics soon to come.

Fall, Love It!!

Oh, I just love this weather. Cool Fall Weather! The beauty that God created is awesome!! Although this cool weather does make me lazy. I did not get out of bed until almost 9:30 a.m. Very unusual for me. Had a great time crafting w/ my friend C. Grubbs last night. We are working to complete projects for the Goodwater Youth Country Store Oct. 31. Will take more pics of creations later.

Country Store

These little purses will be at the Goodwater Country Store at Fall Festival. They will be filled with goodies--perfect little happy's for little girls and big girls too!

I made these little paper purses with my Cricut Expression Cutter. Love, Love, my Cricut. I am going to place tiny bags of Candy Corn in this purse and design a tag saying (Harvest Seeds) I will then type a verse from the Bible concerning harvest.

Well as promised here is a one of the crafts I completed last night for the fall festival. Will be making more tonight. Supplies needed: 4X6 Acrylic Frame, paper, post it pad , ribbon and embellishments if desired. Cut the paper to size --place in frame, glue ribbon along frame (I used my Xyron X to glue it. I have made holders with different embellishments. Remove the back from post it pad, I placed a piece of Terrifically Tacky Tape on the back for extra holding power. Vola, finished
